Background: Dr. Jacey served honorably as a US Airforce Captain as well as practiced in Psychology under Dr. Kahl Menninger at the Meningeal Clinic in Topeka, Kansas. Dr. Jacey completed his Ophthalmology Residency at MCV under Dr. DuPont Guerry in 1971. He became Board Certified in 1974. Dr. Jacey has proudly served as an Associate of Medical Direction at the Crippled Children's Hospital.
